This Privacy Policy describes how the Company handles information related to the Abaque™ Google Sheets add-on and website. In this Policy, “the Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Conception Logiciels SoftPro Inc. (“SoftPro Computer Software, Inc.”).

1. Data Privacy Philosophy

Abaque is designed with a strict “No-Access” philosophy. Your financial data and accounting records remain exclusively within your private Google Spreadsheet. The Company does not have access to your spreadsheets, nor do we store, transmit, or process your financial data on our servers.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity Data: We collect your email address and basic metadata to manage your license. If you submit a support request, we collect the Google Sheet ID solely to verify your subscription status.
  • Payment Data: All subscription transactions are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record. The Company does not store or process your credit card or banking information. The Merchant of Record provides us with non-sensitive transaction metadata (such as your name, country, and subscription status) so we can manage your access to the Service. Your billing statement will reference the Merchant of Record as the processing entity.

3. Third-Party Services

Abaque relies on Google Workspace APIs. Your use of Google products is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

For payment processing, subscription management, and tax compliance, we use a third-party Merchant of Record. Their privacy practices apply to all billing-related data. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of the Merchant of Record.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Users in the EU/EEA and other jurisdictions have rights to access, correct, or delete their personal identity information, as well as other rights under applicable data protection laws. Requests related to these rights may be submitted to:
